Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") (hereinafter the Privacy Code and GDPR are collectively referred to as "Applicable Law"), the Company intends to describe the site management methods with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. 2 - Mandatory / optional nature of data collection and consequences of a possible non-provision of data
The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in the previous point is mandatory and a refusal will not allow the sending of some communications for marketing purposes and will not allow the management of your request sent through the "Contacts" section.
3 - Processing methods
Personal data will be processed as follows:
- recording and processing on magnetic media.
4 - Communication of data
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive related to promotional communications is stored in the Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data takes place outside Italy.
For the purpose referred to in the previous point:
- personal data may be processed by subjects within the Company, in their capacity as Appointees, only if the processing is necessary to perform their duties performing only the operations necessary for the performance of the tasks themselves
5 - Data retention time
The personal data collected for the purpose of this information will be kept until the consent is revoked, in case of marketing purposes, and until the request is processed, in case of use of the contact section.
